I have lived in Japan for Half a year and lived in Shanghai for two years. Therefore I would say that my ability to teach your Child the two languages with expertise would be reasonable.I am a patient tutor with ability to teach in English.I am also good with Children since I have a lot of experience doing volunteer work maturing Children when I was in High School in Auckland
