While there he said that he spoke with Ms. Paddy and another official by the name Ms. Adams, who advised him that he would have to take care of the medical expenses for which the Ministry will then reimburse him. They had also promised to investigate the matter, he added.“One week after the incident, I called Ms. Paddy and was informed that she was still waiting for the report from the school.
