He assured them of his full support as they endeavor to help sick children to receive the medical treatment they need.The Three Rivers Kids Foundation will be sending four Guyanese children to India for much needed surgery in April of this year.Guyana has been getting support from the International Children’s Heart Foundation also known as the Baby Heart Foundation to care for children with various heart defects.With the support from the United States Foundation, children with congenital heart conditions are afforded an improved delivery of service including surgery and aftercare.
