For the eighth year running, the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) will be recognising businesses and their contributions to Guyana.According to the Chamber, this year the categories would be extended even further to now include seven awards.The Annual Awards Presentation, which was introduced in 2001, remains the signature occasion on the calendar of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and is geared to recognize and honour members of the business community, as well as individuals, for outstanding corporate performance, corporate social responsibility, ethical behaviour, leadership, and innovation.
