The men were also charged for using abusive language committed on Judy Indach, the guardian of one of the teenaged girls.According to the prosecution, Indach had approached the men to enquire about the reports she had received from the girls.However she was verbally abused by the man and this was also reported to the police. Jacobis pleaded not guilty to the abusive language charge and was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 while Richmond issued a public apology after being fined $10,000. Richmond in his explanation in relation to the abusive language charge told the magistrate that he was under the influence of alcohol.Both men are to return to court on September 8.
