On the occasion he made a call for support for the initiative to ensure that transportation is provided, so that children can get to school.Since then, there has been a tremendous national response from private citizens and businesses donating buses, bicycles, boats and engines to the programme. A number of boats, bicycles, buses and hundreds of pairs of shoes have been donated to schoolchildren in several communities across the country to date. |
