Thompson further argued about the harshness of the four gram charge which he said was incorrect since the police did not label it as possession, but as possession for the purpose of trafficking.This was quickly refused by the prosecutor who claimed that since the drug was sold, it clearly indicated that the purpose of the drug was for trafficking.
