The fugitive claimed that he had broken up with his wife some eight years ago to start a relationship with Arjune.According to Chapman, they eventually moved into a house at Herstelling, which is located in close proximity to the house in which Arjune’s mother and other relatives resided.He said that at one point he broke off the stormy relationship and returned to his wife, but eventually went back to Arjune.But about three weeks ago Arjune walked out on him and returned to her mother.Chapman claimed that he “tripped out” and decided to “do it” on Thursday when he looked over at the house and observed Savitri Arjune laughing at him.
