One 20-year-old participant, while being questioned, revealed that he does not look at television, nor does he go on the internet, except for Facebook, and he does not listen to the radio or read the newspaper.There is a general consensus that there are many more like this. So the campaign will be looking to set up information hubs in communities all over the country and sending out LGE ‘champions’ into communities, in the run-up to the March 18 elections.
