A tattoo artist who fraudulently converted two gold chains to his own use was yesterday remanded to prison by Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson.It was alleged that Adrian “Bunzo” Sunitch,Adama Traore Jersey, 23, of 106 South Sophia,Erick Pulgar Jersey, on January 17,Paulo Garces Jersey, last,Ivan Luis Zamorano Jersey, at Mahdia,Jose Rojas Chile Jersey, fraudulently converted to his own use two gold chains valuing $86,Marcelo Diaz Chile Jersey,000, property of Luther Crandon. Sunitch,Miiko Albornoz Jersey, who pleaded guilty,Rafinha Barcelona Jersey, was unrepresented by a lawyer yesterday.The man told the magistrate that he left the two chains with a friend,Custom Barcelona Jersey, and that he would be repaying Crandon for the chains.Police Prosecutor Stephen Telford told the court that Sunitch received the two chains from Crandon to clean.The prosecutor told the court that Crandon returned the following day, but Sunitch had already fled the jurisdiction.A report was made at the police station and the defendant was caught in Georgetown. After he was caught by the police he claimed that he loaned the chain to a friend.He was remanded to prison to be released once Crandon is fully compensated.He is expected to make another court appearance on February 24. |
