Believe it or not, there are some simple and easy tips that will help you get six pack abs. They alone may not help you get rock solid abs, but they’ll put you on the right track towards achieving that goal. We’re going to cover some tips that you can easily follow right away at home.
A trim and healthy teen who does a lot of fast running will get a six pack. This fast running can be the result of being on a track team, or playing a sport that involves a lot of short bursts of speedy running, such as soccer and lacrosse.
As with any goals, being consistent is one of the most important factors. Just knowing what you need to do is not going to help if you don’t actually take action. With enough consistency in exercise and dietary habits, you will be on your way to getting six pack abs. Obviously, it’s not an easy task, but it doesn’t have to be overly difficult either if you take a positive approach.
However, building a solid set of six pack abs isn’t just about training. The power of rest and relaxation shouldn’t be underestimated as this allows sore muscles to repair themselves. To make sure you gain muscle and not lose it, place an emphasis on getting enough rest every night and not work your body to exhaustion.
Which means that, after measuring your fat percentage you’ll have a pretty good idea on what much work lays in front of you. It is understandable that someone which has a fat percentage around 5% won’t need a lot more than 2-3 weeks of exercise and proper nutrition so as to see some results. On the contrary, someone with 20% of body fat percentage must lose some fat prior focusing on his abs.

There are no magic pills that one can take to get six pack abs. But in doing so, they also cut down on essential nutrients that can help build their muscles.
