They said that when they arrived at the Skeldon Hospital they had to wait for a few hours before an ambulance arrived from the Port Mourant Hospital to take the critically injured man to the New Amsterdam Hospital.The ambulance at the Skeldon Hospital was newly acquired and reportedly had no gas – the family was told.  The now dead man’s sister stated that they offered to purchase gas, but the offer was refused.Persaud who leaves to mourn, his parents and his three siblings,Blackhawks #72 Artemi Panarin Black Stitched NHL Jersey, was the youngest of the lot.
