Though, lately it became mandatory for ATVs to be licensed, some persons are operating them unlicensed.Doorgen added that there needs to be stricter traffic rules in the hinterland. Systems should be put in place for operators of ATVs to be licensed after receiving the requisite training.Today, the Council will be conducting a walk for victims of road fatalities.
