There are reports that the killers continued to shoot even as Caesar lay mortally wounded on the parapet.They then re-entered the car and raced away from the scene.A close associate of the Caesar family said that she recalled hearing several gunshots.She said that when she arrived at the scene she saw Caesar lying motionless on the parapet. She observed at least one bullet wound to the head.According to reports, relatives and friends bundled the slain man into his car and took him to the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation,Chile Jersey, where he was pronounced dead.As word of the shooting spread,David Pizarro Chile Jersey, several of the victim’s relatives and associates rushed to the GPHC to get a glimpse of his body.
