She told the jurors to believe the witnesses story. She also asked them to look at the caution statement given by the accused.  She queried how could it be an accident and she received injuries on her hand,Sandro Ramirez Jersey, under her chin and breast. She also mentioned the eye witnesses who saw the accused boring the deceased.The accused had earlier given an unsworn statement in which he had stated that the deceased got ‘bored’ by accident.In her opening address, attorney at law Singh had stated that on the day in question the girl had made arrangements with her sister and brother- in- law to attend school sports at the Mibicuri school ground.While at the event,Francisco Silva Jersey, the relatives had stated that they noticed the accused grab the deceased.It was during that time she allegedly got stabbed since shortly after they observed Mannaru with a knife in his hand and the deceased bleeding. The girl was rushed to the New Amsterdam hospital where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
