Justice Brassington Reynolds heard the woman’s petition and ordered a probation report.Probation Officer, A. Sharma, wrote, “The respondent is residing with his son at Lot 4646 Roxanne Burnham Gardens in a one-room apartment.“From his weekly earnings of $18,000 as a chauffeur he realized the monthly rental as well as the material needs of himself and his son.The respondent does not entertain any female company at his residence.“From all indications both the applicant and respondent have a deep love and attachment for the child. The well-mannered child loves his parents and needs their love and not to be caught up in a divisive struggle that will cause confusion in his young mind.”The probation officer asked the court to be prudent in its decision so that the child “can have the love, guidance, security and discipline for his optimal development and growth.”That was written on December 7,Texas Rangers Joey Gallo Jersey, 2010. He claims that his son is not enjoying the best. Osey Hendricks said that his son has been absent from school, something unheard of when the child was in his care and custody.But something suggests that the courts may be leaning on the father.
