Two men who were charged with murder suffered different fates at the end of the respective preliminary inquiries which were conducted by Magistrate Krisendat Persaud at the Springlands Magistrate’s court.The men Wamesh Ramballie, 17 called “Big Head” of Crabwood Creek and Gopaul Samlall,Andre Tippett Patriots Jersey UK, 23 called “Geddy Goat” also of Crabwood Creek were on trial for the murder of Agai Mohabir, 32 of Crabwood Creek which was allegedly committed between Friday 10th and Sunday 12th of February 2012. While Samlall,Mario Lemieux Penguins Jersey, who was represented by Attorney at Law Rodwell Jagmohan, was set free after his matter was discharged following submission by his attorney,Wholesale Jerseys Cheap, Ramballie,Boston Red Sox Bobby Doerr Jersey, who was represented by state appointed Attorney Sasha Roberts, was committed to stand trial in the next sitting of the criminal assizes of the Berbice High Court, after the Magistrate overruled no case submissions and ruled that a prima facie case had been made out against him.According to the prosecution, the men, who were friends were among others who were drinking together on Friday 10th February 2012 at a rum shop at Crabwood Creek,New York Mets Chris Young Jersey, Corentyne Berbice when they had a misunderstanding over cigarettes.  The two accused allegedly then took Mohabir down a dam in the village and beat him and threw him in a trench.  His partly decomposed body was found on Sunday 12th in a trench at Crabwood Creek back dam. A number of persons were arrested after the crime and the others were released while Ramballie and Mohabir were charged.Defence Attorney Sasha Roberts cited a number of discrepancies during the proceedings.  She had objected to the tendering of the caution statement,Steve Larmer Jersey, stating that her client,New York Mets Mike Piazza Jersey, Wamesh Ramballie, had not given the statement. She had mentioned that Ramballie was a juvenile when the alleged crime was committed, and this required that a parent or guardian be present at the taking of any statement. This was not so she submitted.Ms. Roberts also disputed the prosecution tendering of a document which they claimed was signed by Ramballie’s mother. She argued that the signature cannot be that of the mother since the woman could neither read nor write.  The Attorney produced the woman’s Identification Card and a number of other documents all of which contained the woman’s thumb-print.The Magistrate however overruled her submissions and committed her client to the High Court.
