Randy Blackman,Harrison Barnes Team USA Jersey, 18, of Water Street, Kingston,Custom Wizards Jersey, and a 16-year-old of Second Street, Agricola, were granted $300,000 bail after the two made their second appearance before acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson on Thursday last at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.It is alleged that the duo robbed Maureen Parris of $3M on August 5 at James Street, Albouystown,Klay Thompson Team USA Jersey, while they were armed with a gun.Blackman was represented by attorney-at-law Basil Williams who, in a bail application for his client,Tracy Mcgrady Raptors Jersey, told the court that Blackman is a mason. The second defendant was unrepresented.The lawyer further noted that his client has an unblemished record,Aaron Gordon Magic Jersey, and that he lives with his mother.The lawyer said that when the alleged robbery occurred, the lady was seen with questionable characters driving around in a car. The lawyer said that after the incident,Karl Malone Team USA Jersey, Parris suddenly decided that the accused was the person that robbed her.Williams questioned the police as to why there was no identification parade,Kobe Bryant Team USA Jersey, which would give the young man a fair trial. Blackman’s attorney said that he knows there was a recent amendment to the Firearms Act; this amendment would determine if bail is granted.Williams said that he has known of people who were granted bail,Stephen Curry Team USA Jersey, who have had more serious matters before the courts.On the other hand, bail was objected to by police prosecutor Sherwin Matthews.
