He pleaded not guilty and was represented by attorney at law Mohamed Zafar who told the court that the entire incident stemmed from Singh dumping a truckload of loam in front of his client’s gate.The lawyer stated that Singh was warned on many occasions to remove the loam but refused.He said on the day in questioned his client had approached Singh and asked when he was going to remove the loam, but an argument ensued.The lawyer stated that everything happened in front of both the defendant and virtual complainant’s home and nowhere on Sandy Babb Street.Singh who was present in court told the magistrate that he was at home when St. Hill approached him and argument ensued. This escalated into a scuffled.Singh further told the court that he went to the Kitty Police Station and a report was made.According to Singh as he was going back to his Dowling Street home,Edson Puch Jersey, St. Hill who was driving approached him and showed him what appeared to be a gun and said that he should finish the matter before something happens.Police Prosecutor Denise Griffith did not oppose bail,Gonzalo Jara Chile Jersey, but told the court that both parties were involved in a scuffle and that they both should have been charged.Bail was granted and the accused is expected to make another court appearance on July 31.
