It also prevents the family unit from carrying out its role of being a source of nurturing and the incubator of values so necessary for the survival of societies, according to the PNCR.“If only for these reasons it is necessary for Guyana to do its best to protect its mothers, its daughters and its sons. End domestic violence now,” the party said.
