Police are investigating complaints that a Tactical Services Unit (TSU) rank shot at and damaged a Route 45 minibus that was transporting passengers at around 16:00 hrs on Friday last.The incident allegedly occurred in Main Street.Kaieteur News understands that one of the bus windows was shattered as well as one of the tyres.The incident reportedly occurred when the rank attempted to have the driver arrested for a traffic infringement.Keon Nurse, the conductor, said that the minibus was parked illegally in an area near the Stabroek Market,Texas Rangers Prince Fielder Jersey, when two traffic ranks on motorcycles ordered them to empty the bus and drive to Police Headquarters, Eve Leary.Nurse said that the driver, en route to Eve Leary, attempted to turn from Water Street into Main Street so that he could drop off his two cousins who were heading to the New Thriving Chinese Restaurant.However, before he could do so, one of the ranks allegedly blocked the bus driver’s path with his cycle.
