He was then tied up after which the men escaped in his black Toyota Raum (PNN 5004).Kaieteur News understands that about 03:00 hr yesterday, Ali managed to free himself and found that he was on the Linden/Soesdyke Highway. He made his way to the Police Patrol Base on the highway where he reported the matter.
