He however noted that a number of motorcyclists were killed and further investigations revealed that most were unlicenced.“What we find is that persons have a tendency to just go to a friend knowing that they do not have a licence and they would say ‘I’m just borrowing your bike to make a spin’ and then there is an accident.”Denhert explained that they will be stepping up their campaign against unlicenced motorcyclists.
