By Latoya Giles Cabinet Secretary Dr. Roger Luncheon has said that he would have to seek permission from the US Embassy to divulge the details of the project that Guyana rejected from United States Agency for International Development (USAID) project.Luncheon was at the time addressing questions as to why the government had pulled out of the 2012 project.
