An East Coast Demerara contractor will have to return to court next week for further hearing into allegations that he fraudulently converted to his own use money that was entrusted to him by a home owner.The man, Claude Peters,Oregon Ducks Jerseys, contractor of Golden Grove, East Coast Demerara,Marcus Lattimore South Carolina Jersey, made his initial court appearance before Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry,Geno Smith West Virginia Jersey, charged with fraudulent conversion.It is alleged that on December 16, last year he was entrusted with $500,000 by Eurlyne Mc Andrews but he fraudulently converted $195,Brett Favre Southern Miss Jersey,920 of the money to his own use. Peters pleaded not guilty.Police Prosecutor Lionel Harvey,Cheap Stanford Cardinal Jerseys, while presenting the facts to the court,SACA Jerseys, stated that the accused was hired by Mc Andrews, who on the day in question gave him $500,000 to purchase materials to carry out repairs to her house.The court was told that Peters bought some of the materials needed, which was far less that the $500,000 that was given to him. He failed to return the remainder of the money to Mc Andrews. When the woman enquired from Peters about the remaining money he could not give a proper explanation and the matter was reported to the police.Peters was subsequently chargedHowever,South Carolina Fighting Gamecocks Jerseys, the prosecution had no objected to bail but simply asked that it be set at a substantial amount.
