Jagmohan Hardware Supplies & Constructing Services trying to bring the situation under control shortly after the main broke. Public Relations Officer for GWI,Myles Garrett Texas A&M Jersey, Timothy Austin,NFL Jerseys Outlet, said that he was informed that as the workers were carrying out works a six-inch main broke.He however noted that the workers were trying effortlessly to rectify the problem and preventing the sewage water to spread.When this newspaper arrived on the scene workers from Cevon’s Waste Management seem to have had the situation under control as they were pumping the excess water which had accumulated in the whole where the men were working.Austin had assured that the main would have been fixed before night fall. He added that apart from preventing a major spill the contractors have since used special chemical to clean the area to prevent the spread of bacteria.Recently the Guyana Water Incorporated entered into a contract with S. Jagmohan Hardware Supplies & Constructing Services for the rehabilitation of twenty four (24) Sewerage Pump Stations in Georgetown. This project is aimed at improving the quality of the sanitation service in Georgetown.One of the stations is located at the junction of High and Princess Streets and the contractor is expected to commence works within the next two weeks.The duration for construction would be approximately four weeks and is being executed at a cost of M$170. |
