The club recently came to the assistance of gravely ill three-year-old Melisa Chase who suffers from a congenital heart disease. The child would turn blue on several occasions because of a lack of oxygen to the brain.Chase is expected to undergo corrective heart surgery in February next year in India and the family is in need of much needed assistance for her heart surgery. She doesn’t know how they will acquire the money, but is hoping for the best. She is asking the public for whatever assistance can be given.The woman stated that they have been assisted greatly by the Three Rivers Foundation organization in Canada which has made all arrangements for the surgery and will be providing accommodation for her when they are in India.
