Police are questioning the captain and crew-members of a fishing vessel following the sudden death at sea of one of the crew.John Dowden, of Hogg Street,Alex Delvecchio Red Wings Jersey, Albouystown,Evgeny Svechnikov Red Wings Jersey, also known as ‘Nattie’, reportedly collapsed and died on Wednesday on the fishing vessel Miss Sassie,Tyler Johnson Lightning Jersey, which was in the Waini area at the time.Dead: John DowdenA relative said that Dowden was about 50 years old and had fathered six children.Chrishnadat Singh, the captain, told Kaieteur News that the vessel was in the Waini area at around 01:00 hrs on Tuesday when Dowden began to complain of stomach pains.Singh said that he told the fisherman to “take a five,” and ‘Nattie’ then drank two painkillers and rested.
