Preparations are in full steam by the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) with mechanisms being activated for General and Regional Elections on May 11.The Media Monitoring Unit and the Electoral Assistance Bureau are making preparations for the May 11 elections.According to the Electoral Assistance Bureau (EAB) yesterday,Rex Burkhead Nebraska Jersey, its Council of Management is in the process of finalising arrangements for the commencement of its 2015 Elections Monitoring and Observation Exercise.These arrangements include the setting up of administrative capacity and the equipping of the office.
