Crime Scene photographer, Lance Corporal, Desmond Johnny,Brandon Nimmo Team Italy Jersey, yesterday told the court that the negative components of photographs taken at the home of murdered Robb Street resident, Clementine Feidtkou-Parris were defective.Murdered: Clementine Fiedtkou-ParrisHe was at the time, testifying at the murder trial of the four men accused of killing the 72 – year old woman. Fiedtkou-Parris was shot and killed in her home on June 30, 2011, by gunmen, who were reportedly hired to end her life over a property dispute.On the day of the shooting, two men reportedly went to the woman’s Lot 42 Robb Street residence and requested an audience with her. Upon hearing the persons requesting her presence, she moved to the door,Eric Gagne Team Canada Jersey, where the gunmen opened fire on her.She was hit several times about the body and died. It was reported that after the shooting, the suspects made their escape in a waiting car.  However, they were purportedly caught on camera committing the act. The gunmen were allegedly paid to end the woman’s life.Orwin Hinds, called “Red Man,” of Burnham Boulevard, Mocha, East Bank Demerara; Kevin October called, “Troy,” of Second Street, Agricola, East Bank Demerara; Cleon Hinds and Roy Jacobs called “Chippie” or “Black Boy”, of Evans Street, Charlestown, are currently facing Justice Navindra Singh and a mixed Jury at the Georgetown High Court for the murder.Detective Johnny is among three officers called to the stand by State Prosecutors Teeshana Lake and Narissa Leander,Ian Kinsler Team USA Jersey, yesterday.In his evidence in chief, Johnny told the court that he made observations and took photographs at the crime scene.The detective related that after taking photographs at the scene,Daniel Murphy Team USA Jersey, he took the negatives to the photography lab to have them developed but found that they were defective.  Johnny noted that as such,Carlos Gonzalez Team Venezuela Jersey, the negatives could not be converted to colour photographs and he later discarded the defective roll of film.The police witness said that he observed what appeared to be blood on a chair in the sitting area and in hallways of Feidtkou‘s house. He said that there was a bullet under a chair, which he collected and handed over to Ballistics Expert Sergeant, Eon Jackson.Johnny subsequently faced questions from Attorneys,Ryan Dempster Team Canada Jersey, George Thomas and Max Mckay about the evidence he allegedly collected from the crime scene. Under cross examination, the witness told the court that he made a statement about his involvement in the investigation some 12 weeks after visiting the scene.  He revealed that this was done only after he was instructed to do so by a superior officer.Ballistics Expert, Sergeant Eon Jackson, later told the court of his findings in the case. He was first deemed a specialist in his field of analysis of firearms and ammunition by the court.Jackson told the court that he conducted an analysis on the warheads, he received from Detective Johnny.   He related that upon examining the shells, he found that they were .38 bullets.  The bullets, the expert noted,Jose Castillo Team Venezuela Jersey, would have likely been fired from .38 or .357 pistols.He explained that based on his examination,Luke Gregerson Team USA Jersey, he would not be able to say what type of gun, the warheads fit.  During Jackson’s testimony, the bullets were also presented and marked as exhibits in the trial.Police Detective Rondell Gouveia testified that he visited the scene of the crime, mere hours after the shooting had occurred.  There, he said that he met Fitzroy Feidtkou, the brother of the deceased.  Gouveia recalled that the man was seated on the steps of the house. He was crying.The witness said that the man related certain information to him and as a result, he went into the house where he observed blood in the hallway and holes in the wall. He recalled that there was also a warhead on the floor.The officer said that he later left the scene of the crime and proceeded to the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation,Alex Liddi Team Italy Jersey, (GPHC).  At the hospital, Gouveia said that he spoke to a doctor who pointed him to a female of mixed race lying on a bed. She was wrapped in a white sheet.“She was lying motionless.  She appeared to be dead.” Upon examining the exposed part of the victim’s body, the witness related that he saw injuries to the finger on her right hand and a wound to her left armpit. There was also blood in her mouth and nostrils.The policeman told the court that he later witnessed a Post Mortem examination conducted by Dr. Nehaul Singh.  He said that he subsequently obtained an original copy of the Post Mortem report, but at present it cannot be found.  The trial will continue on Monday.
