Just over 1,400 individuals were duly recognised last evening when the University of Guyana held its 45th convocation ceremony.  The venue was the University’s Turkeyen campus square where the graduates,Dennis Maruk Capitals Jersey, university staffers, relatives and friends gathered to be a part of the auspicious occasion.The graduates were drawn from the various faculties of both the Turkeyen and Berbice Campuses. He said that “the university does not only exist for itself but also “for the benefits it brings our people and our country.
