He said ‘Maam listen, take this money, l don’t like to hear about children hungry, I love to help out’,” she had stated.Later that day, she alleged, Greene invited her to Eve Leary to uplift her phone, and she waited for hours while he was at a meeting before seeing him.She told investigators that the commissioner subsequently took her to a Broad Street hotel where he had sex with her against her will.However, the woman further stated that she subsequently met with Greene a few days after and was given another set of money which she accepted.She claimed that she was initially afraid to speak out since the Commissioner had used threatening language to her.Investigators will have to establish whether or not force was used by the commissioner to obtain sex if they are to pursue a conviction if the matter goes before the court.“The issue at the end of the day is the consent. Do you have enough evidence to prove that? You see when the DPP is going to charge, she should have what you call a threshold…because anybody could go and make an allegation.
