A character known to the court was yesterday released on bail after he was charged with unlawfully and maliciously cutting a growing plant.The accused,Luis Sardinas Jersey, Randolph Singh,Matt Kemp Jersey, appearing at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court before Principal Magistrate Melissa Robertson-Ogle,Oakland Athletics Alejandro De Aza Jersey, allegedly unlawfully and maliciously cut a growing Suriname cherry tree which was in Robert Whyte’s enclosed yard.He pleaded not guilty.Police Prosecutor,San Diego Padres Erick Aybar Jersey, Denise Griffith,Scott Feldman Jersey, said that this was not the first such incident involving the accused.She said Singh was warned not to pass in the area again. However,Austin Jackson Jersey, in his own defence,San Diego Padres Jered Weaver Jersey, Singh told the court that he was told not to enter Whyte’s yard.He told the court that apparently someone had trimmed the tree and there were pieces of the plant on the road and he picked these up. He added that after picking up pieces of the plant,Minnesota Twins Ryan Vogelsong Jersey, Whyte came up,Alex Avila Jersey, threw him into his vehicle and drove to the Alberttown Police Station.The Magistrate granted bail to the tune of $20,000 and ordered that Singh return to court on July 14. |
