Week 3 of the fantasy season got off to a weird start. For three-ish quarters the Giants and Redskins tried to lull viewers to sleep with a sloppy, uninspired effort. But boy, was that fourth quarter exciting. We had been leery of both of these backfields given the uncertainty in how the touches would be split up,Adidas Stan Smith Donna, and after tonight, things remain murky. Well, except for Matt Jones being the lead back in Washington. He had 11 carries to Alfred Morris' six. Pour some out for Freddy Mo. Jones did lose a fumble around the goal line though, angering his owners to no end. He should be able to rebound in the coming weeks though, while Morris ponders the meaning of life on the bench. Jordan Reed continues to have a safe week-to-week floor at fantasy's most volatile position. He saw nine targets, hauling in six of them for 96 yards. He was targeted in the end zone a few times as well, but poor throws from Kirk Cousins kept Reed's fantasy scoring in check. Speaking of Cousins, he looked scared of getting hit, couldn't read the blitz or coverage, and overall struggled mightily. His final yardage and fantasy output are misleading.
