Lucentia Sinclair, 26,Scott Gomez Jersey, and her lover Daniel Singh, 31,Jeremy Roenick Jersey, of Penitentiary Walk New Amsterdam ended up in court after she threw a frying pan of hot oil on him after he had allegedly slapped her after a dispute.The incident allegedly occurred on 31st March 20011 at the couple’s home.They appeared before Magistrate Adela Nagamootoo at the New Amsterdam magistrate’s court,Cam Atkinson Jersey, where Sinclair was charged with inflicting actual bodily harm,Trevor Daley Jersey, while Singh was charged with assaulting his wife.The woman was placed on a one year bond while the matter against Singh was dismissed.According to the prosecutor,Valeri Nichushkin Jersey, Corporal Sherlock King, the two are living together as man and wife and on the day in question,Bobby Orr Jersey, at about 07:30 hrs,David Rundblad Jersey, the woman was at home frying plantain chips when her husband came home and a  misunderstanding developed between them. It is understood that the man proceeded to slap Sinclair on her face,Craig Hartsburg Jersey, she in turn took the frying pan with the hot oil off the stove and threw it on Singh, causing him injuries on his face and other parts of his body.He was later rushed to the New Amsterdam hospital where he received treatment. A report was subsequently made at the Central Police station and after investigation,Connor McDavid Team North America Jersey, both Singh and Sinclair were arrested and charged.In court the Magistrate had ordered a probation report on both parties. On Friday last, they both decided that they will offer no evidence against each other.  A seemingly perturbed Magistrate then placed Sinclair on a one year bond.
