The NFL's free-agent period starts on Feb. 27,Nike Air Max 90 On Sale, and there are a few prominent fantasy names that could be on the move. As we learned from Michael Turner, Chad Pennington, Bernard Berrian and Warrick Dunn (to name a few) last season, players who change teams in the offseason can sometimes make a significant impact in fantasy football.    Here's a look at the top fantasy players slated to become free agents and an outlook on where they might land in 2009.                               Team         Player         Analysis                        Cincinnati Bengals          Cedric Benson         Benson has been the butt of his share of jokes because of his off-the-field issues, but he did put up some impressive numbers at the end of last season. In his final three starts, Benson recorded a combined 443 scrimmage yards with one touchdown and an average of 4.3 yards per carry. Unless the Bengals add a running back in the NFL Draft,Nike Free 3.0 V4 Mens Orange, Benson could be re-signed and the favorite to start. He could be worth as much as a middle-round selection as a No. 3 fantasy back.                                                                   Team         Player         Analysis                        Tampa Bay Buccaneers          Antonio Bryant         Bryant came out of nowhere to finish with 83 receptions, 1,248 yards and seven touchdowns last season, and he was a hero for fantasy leaguers in the postseason. The Tampa Tribune reports the Bucs have been in contract talks with Bryant for weeks now, but the team could also decide to franchise him. Whatever the scenario, it looks like Bryant will remain with the Bucs. Despite all the offseason changes,Nike Roshe One NM BR Breeze, Bryant should still be seen as a No. 2 fantasy wideout in 2009.                                                                   Team         Player         Analysis                        New England Patriots          Matt Cassel         The Patriots have placed their non-exclusive franchise tag on Cassel, who accepted the one-year, $14.651 tender that goes with it. He made $520,000 in 2009. He is now the first-ever handcuff quarterback in fantasy football, as the status of Tom Brady might not be known until the preseason. The Patriots could decide to trade Cassel if the risk with Brady becomes minimal, so this is a situation to watch. However, I see him as a bust candidate if he's a starter on a new team.                                                                   Team         Player         Analysis                        Tampa Bay Buccaneers          Jeff Garcia         Garcia told the Tampa Tribune that the Buccaneers' new leadership has not shown interest in bringing him back next season. The team also signed Luke McCown to a two-year, $7.5 million that could increase to over $14 million with incentives,Adidas ZX 700 bianche, so it appears he's the new favorite to start. Garcia could end up with a team like the Jets, but he hasn't been a reliable fantasy starter since he was with the 49ers from 2000-2002. That won't change regardless of where he lands.                                                                   Team         Player         Analysis                        Cincinnati Bengals          T.J. Houshmandzadeh         According to reports,Adidas Superstar 2 Heren Wit,  Houshmandzadeh appears to be headed out of Cincinnati. If that scenario comes to fruition, the top suitors for his services could be the Bears,Nike Free 4.0 Flyknit Uomo Grigie, Eagles and Titans. Changes in his fantasy value would depend on where he lands, nike blazers womens black, but a wideout who's averaged 98 receptions over the last three seasons is bound to remain a fantasy starter. Houshmandzadeh's final destination will also affect the fantasy value of Carson Palmer and Chad Johnson.                                                                   Team         Player         Analysis                        New York Giants          Brandon Jacobs         The Giants have placed their franchise tag on Jacobs, who will make $6.6 million in 2009. GM Jerry Reese still wants to hammer out a long-term deal with the bruising back, so it looks like he'll be with Big Blue for many seasons to come. The move almost guarantees that Derrick Ward will be allowed to leave as a free agent. While he's been prone to injuries during his NFL career, Jacobs did score 15 touchdowns in 2008 and will be seen as a high-end No. 2 fantasy back.                                                                   Team         Player         Analysis                        Indianapolis Colts          Dominic Rhodes         Rhodes became a valuable asset for owners last season while Joseph Addai was injured, finishing in the top 30 in fantasy points among running backs on NFL.com. Rhodes, 30, has little chance to become a featured back with another team, so his best-case scenario might be to re-sign with the Colts and serve as a handcuff for Addai. Furthermore, Rhodes might share some of the workload in what could be a committee situation. He'll be worth a late-round selection.                                                                   Team         Player         Analysis                        San Diego Chargers          Darren Sproles         Sproles increased his stock with a solid late-season finish, but no one sees him as a featured back. The Chargers could franchise him,Adidas Stan Smith Pink, but that would cost them over $6.6 million in 2009. With LaDainian Tomlinson at the end of his career, the team could also draft a runner for the future and let Sproles leave. Whatever the scenario, the small but explosive back will be a nice fantasy handcuff with added value in leagues that reward points for both return yards and touchdowns.                                                                   Team         Player         Analysis                        New York Giants          Derrick Ward         Ward appears to be the odd man out as the Giants have Ahmad Bradshaw and Danny Ware under contract and have now put their franchise tag on Jacobs. A versatile back who caught 41 passes and rushed for 1,025 yards last season, Ward would be a perfect fit with the Broncos and new coach Josh McDaniels. If he lands with a team that allows him a chance to start and see a majority of the backfield work, Ward will be tremendous sleeper candidate in fantasy land.                                                                   Team         Player         Analysis                        Arizona Cardinals          Kurt Warner         Warner has been an underrated fantasy superstar over the past two seasons, throwing for a combined 8,Nike Air Mqax 2016 Nederland,000 yards and 57 touchdowns. He could decide to retire after leading the Cardinals to Super Bowl XLIII, but the Arizona Republic reports Warner's agent has already entered discussions with the team on a new deal. The status of Anquan Boldin, who wants to be traded, would affect Warner's value, but he'll be a No. 1 fantasy quarterback regardless of that situation.
