It has been almost three weeks since 20-year-old Rawle Ramsaywack was mauled by three pit bulls in Queenstown,Robert Alford Falcons Jersey, but there has yet been no action taken against the owner of the animals.This newspaper caught up with Ramsaywack yesterday as he lay outside of the home of the owner of the dogs waiting for compensation that he was promised.The man told this newspaper that he was discharged from the Georgetown Public Hospital only on Saturday last.
