The persons who will be manning the Guyana Prison Service’s Sentence Management Board have been announced with the Chairman’s position going to Captain Gerald Gouveia.The first meeting of the Sentence Management Board was convened immediately following the formal launch of the Board by the Minister of Home Affairs,Mel Blount Steelers Jersey, Hon.
