Simone De Nobrega, 29, who goes by several other aliases, once again appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson,Vic Beasley Jr Falcons Jersey UK, to answer two more charges of obtaining money by false pretence,Morgan Burnett Packers Jersey UK, yesterday. De Nobrega is currently charged with 12 counts of obtaining money by false pretence. Those matters have been adjourned for statements to be served to the parties.Yesterday,Drew Bledsoe Patriots Jersey UK, one charge stated that De Nobrega, with the intent to defraud,Brett Favre Packers Jersey UK, obtained the sum of $1.4M between December 3, 2009 and January 19,Greg Lloyd Steelers Jersey UK, 2010 from Babzie Mangru,Taylor Gabriel Falcons Jersey UK, to purchase one Toyota minibus.The second charge read that De Nobrega obtained $800,Austin Hooper Falcons Jersey UK,000 on December 9 from Chetram Tateram, under the pretence that she could obtain one minibus. To both charges she pleaded not guilty. The accused was represented by attorney at law Gordon Gilhuys.The lawyer in his address to the court said that on the last occasion,Joe Gilliam Steelers Jersey UK, the prosecution had said that statements would have been available. The lawyer said that the prosecution also had to seek legal advice from the Director of Public Prosecutions.Police Prosecutor Stephen Telford said that advice was given but it is not written. Bail was refused for the two matters. De Nobrega is expected to make another court appearance on May 24.Last month De Nobrega was granted $1.8M bail in the High Court, however she remained incarcerated because she was unable to post bail.
