Gomes pointed out that Harvey has an unblemished record and poses no flight risk.Harvey was granted bail to the tune of $85,000 and is required to reappear in court on September 30.On the other side of the story,Anton Stralman Lightning Jersey, 17-year-old Jamal Barrow was called to answer the charge of assault and causing actual bodily harm in the same altercation.
