Trinidad (Trinidad Guardian) – An order was issued for the immediate deportation of Guyanese national, Allian Gilgeous,O.J. Simpson College Jersey, on Tuesday after he was convicted of working in Trinidad and Tobago without a permit. Gilgeous, 31,Kyle Lowry College Jersey, of Georgetown, appeared before San Fernando Magistrate, Alicia Chankar,Brett Hundley UCLA Jersey, who found him guilty of the July 14, 2011, immigration offence.In passing sentence, Chankar told Gilgeous: “You are not supposed to be engaging in employment. The complainant (Cpl Joseph Corraspe) said you are allowed to work up to 30 days but you must report it upon entry.”Chankar pointed out that a stamp authorising work within the country was issued upon entry. “You did not meet these requirements,Rey Maualuga College Jersey,” she said as she reprimanded and discharged him and issued an immediate deportation order. The magistrate ordered that Gilgeous be placed in the custody of immigration officials to await deportation. Last year, Gilgeous was granted six months’ entry on vacation.
