The roof leaks whenever it rains.The maintenance of the Charity Magistrate’s Court falls under the responsibility of the Charity Neighbourhood Democratic Council.Magistrate McGusty threatened to take a similar course of action on the next court day (Thursday) if the situation is not rectified.
