She eventually put him out.It is alleged that on the night of May 26, 2007, Nourang returned to the premises and after a misunderstanding,Tevin Coleman Falcons Jersey, a scuffle ensued with the woman. It was during this scuffle that Nourang allegedly slashed her throat with a knife.Jasodra Budhoo managed to make it to a neighbour’s house from where she was taken to the New Amsterdam Hospital where she remained a patient before succumbing a few days later.The matter will continue on Monday after the mix jury was empanelled.Attorney at Law Charrandass Persaud is appearing for the accused. Attorney at Law Ms Ronel Weaver is appearing for the state.Kaieteur News understands that while Nowrang was awaiting the completion of his Preliminary inquiry he was found with Narcotics within the prison and was subsequently convicted and sentenced to five years’ imprisonment for the possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking.He was committed by Magistrate Geeta Chandan-Edmond at the Reliance Magistrate’s court.
