Corporal Gillian Simmons, who represented the prosecution, alleged that on June 17, 2009 at the Camp Street Penitentiary, Williams had in his possession a cellular phone which is a prohibited item for inmates at any detention centre.The accused who was unrepresented was not require to plea.
