He was hospitalized but was later released to face the murder charge.Yesterday, Detective Dow related that in February 2009 he was at the East La Penitence Police Station, when he received information about a wounding incident alleged to have occurred at Hummingbird Street, North Ruimveldt. He said the information was that Latoya Woolford had been wounded by her husband CharlesMurdered: Latoya Conway WoolfordAnthony Woolford.He said that as a result he visited the premises where he spoke to a few persons who would have had knowledge about what had occurred. The officer also recalled taking statements from persons at the scene.Dow said that a few days later he received information that Latoya Woolford had passed away while receiving treatment at the GPHC.
