Magistrate Zamilla Ally–Seepaul, who is presiding over the trial of the five men accused of robbing landDamien Millingtoncourt judge Nicola Pierre, will tomorrow make a ruling in relation to all alleged oral and caution statements given by the defendants.The Magistrate indicated this to the court yesterday, after Police Constable Chesney wrapped up evidence in the voir dire (trial within a trial).The voir dire was ordered after robbery accused Damien Millington denied that he gave police an oral statement in relation to the crime.
