In court he pleaded guilty and in his plea of mitigation begged for leniency. He told the court that “he don’t do it steady.”He was unable to pay the fine and was sent to jail.And a 48-year old Kitty resident has been remanded to prison pending sentence for battering his reputed wife of eighteen years.
