On arrival at the institution the foetus had no heartbeat; more than likely the fault may have been at the WDRH.He disclosed, too, that doctors and nurses who would have attended to Teresa Lalltoo,Brook Lopez Nets Jersey, the woman who gave birth to the stillborn last Monday at the GPHC, have been summoned to give a report on their account of what transpired on the day of the woman’s admission to the facilities.Persaud has expressed much regret into the death of not only the little angel who did not make it into this world alive, but also the other children who would have died, including Jaden Mars and Kevon Critchlow.Mr. Persaud said that investigation into the stillbirth may take some time to conclude. The Chief Executive Officer of GPHC, Michael Khan, said that the hospital made a verbal report to the Ministry of Health on the incident and the institution has launched their seven days investigation procedure to gather accurate information to submit a formal report to the Ministry.He too noted that on arrival to GPHC the foetus when placed on a monitor was discovered to already have been dead.Commenting on the investigation into Mars’s death, Persaud emphasized what Dr Bheri Ramsaran would have said recently.
