A 43 year old man was stabbed to death on Saturday night following an argument with a woman over a $1000. Dead is 43-year old Percival Williams of Hague, West Coast Demerara.He was stabbed to his chest around 19:00 hours by the woman and he was pronounced dead on arrival at the Leonora Cottage Hospital shortly after.According to the police, Williams and the suspect who hails from Parika, East Bank Essequibo,Kris Versteeg Jersey, had a heated argument over the money which she had allegedly given him to buy a food for her.
