TCL Guyana Inc. The works included extensive repairs over the weekend.TGI disclosed that asphalt and other unusable materials were removed.“A sub-base was laid by stabilizing the existing material that remained,Will Middlebrooks Jersey, mixing it with cement and water, rotovating the mixture and compacting it. The base layer was then placed above the sub base where crusher run was also stabilized with cement.
